Battery capacity command line

Friday 21 August 2009, by Paul Courbis

Prerequisites: - A jailbroken iPhone in IOS 3.x - a way to connect the command line (ssh or console) - the installation of "IOKit" from Cydia Just type the following command (one line) : ioreg -w0 -p IOPower -c ApplePCF50635PMUPowerSource -n ApplePCF50635PMUPowerSource -r | grep CurrentCapacity This show, for example: "CurrentCapacity" = 95 or 95% charge for the battery ....

P.S.

PS: there is also the package "PowerManagement Tools" (Cydia / Administration) which allows, among other things, performing the same action (PowerLog-B under PowerLog IOS 3.x or 4.x-B under IOS).
