Some more or less recent changes have been made on this site: - A tool to translate pages;

The opportunity to join the site via Google APIs Friends. Initially, this will allow the dissemination of a newsletter. Then, using the Google API will open new services ...

The ability to recommend the pages of this site via Facebook;

The ability to share the pages of this site by email, print more easily (etc. ..) via the AddThis tool;

Many pages (documents online weather RER in particular) have been reworked using Ajax technology to optimize the loading. Note that a special technique was used to help reconcile this Ajax navigation with bookmarks of the most common browsers;

Finally, the ad has appeared on the site. Accommodation is in fact is not free and I had to try to resolve this source of funding .... which remain discrete (no invasive popup for example) but if you follow the links, will help finance the maintenance of this site ... Enjoy!

This site has nothing to do with: - former football player and coach Rolland Courbis (which is sometimes written incorrectly Roland), nor with his show courbis coach - the sports agent Stephane Courbis - the bank image Corbis created by Bill Gates in 1989 under the name of Intercable Home Systems (then Continuum Productions) - the winemaker ChÃ¢teaubourg (field curves), Ardeche vineyard producing red and white St. Joseph and Cornas. If you have subjects that have nothing to do with this site but you still led, comments are open! Oh, I almost forgot an irascible company DrÃ´me plastics (manufacture of mechanical parts polyurethane elastomer molding processing) which prohibits me unpleasantly enough to mention it and I can not speak beyond measure:-D

This site in 10 years ...

Internet user since 1988, I waited nine years to book my own domain name "courbis.com" was January 24, 1997. Mainly used to have a "mail for life", I then mounted a website, mainly because (thanks?) threats of an ultra beneficiary namesake who, annoyed at not being able to redeem myself my name next to nothing (the proposal was to pay me a new domain, wholesale evening under 100 â‚¬ at the time) sent me an e unpleasant to me threatening legal action! Note the terms used ("you have booked the website courbis.com") that demonstrate a disregard of this filth that is the Internet, and lack of care taken in a towel (no closed parenthesis, for example, inconsistencies between the content and form of rudeness, etc. ...). From a first version of "quite ugly" and thanks to excellent software "spip" this site has undergone a facelift a year ago.

Hello and welcome to the new version of "curves"!

This new version uses the SPIP.

Why this site you tell me? The answer is simple: in 1997 I selected the domain name "courbis.com", mainly to have a "mail for life". A few years later a rude fool me threatened with a lawsuit on the grounds that "I did not use the domain". Another idiot who believes that the Internet comes down to the URL:-D

But hey, after all, if he believed a judge could also think and break my c. .. that's why I created this site (in an earlier version) that was an opportunity to put online for free download, works computer which I am the author.

And as to share, why not share other things, the more eclectic than the computer: DIY, kitchen, geometry, right ...

That's why you're reading this today motley bunch!

Before the current version made with SPIP, this site has seen many other versions ...

A part of them is lost, but there remain a number on the " Wayback Machine "... is missing in particular the version that raised the ire of an irascible who, frustrated at having been doubled reservation of the domain name "courbis.com" had threatened to sue me under the pretext (amongst other things ).... that I was advertising! It is true that I put a link to his site citing its smoky "dynamic logo" but with the laudable intention to redirect traffic to its site that had strayed on mine ...
